Shipping rates

All international shipments are made with UPS. Unless incidence, all shipments will be delivered in 24h.

In countries that allow it, delivery will be made before 12 noon.

IMPORTANT: When dealing with live animals, if UPS can not make the delivery at first attempt, for being absent from your home, the box will be returned to our store in Madrid, with the extra cost added, and it will be necessary to pay another shipment so that We can send the box again in later days. It is therefore essential that there is always someone at home waiting for the package.
